What's a brain, exactly?
Everything behind the model that makes a bot yours: what it knows, what it remembers, what it can do and how it talks. The model is the engine. The brain is why it doesn't sound like every other chatbot.
I already have a bot. Can you upgrade it?
Yes, that's most of our work. We keep your existing bot and platform and swap in a brain that actually knows your stuff.
Which models do you use?
Whichever fits: Claude, GPT, Gemini, or an open-source model you host. The brain isn't locked to one, so you can switch later.
Who owns the brain?
You do. Your data, prompts, memory store and code stay in your accounts. If you leave, it all stays with you.
Why is the price different where I am?
We bill in yen in Japan and in US dollars everywhere else. The page shows the currency for where you're visiting from, and you can switch it yourself.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. The setup fee covers the build and isn't refunded once we've shipped the brain.
